About this Residence

White Marble Villa ( 153 sqm) is a three storey villa with large private verandas on the top two floors and direct access to the pool and lounge on the ground floor. On the first floor, the spacious traditional kitchen is fully equipped and there is a sitting and  dining area. The master bedroom with a queen-size bed is located on the second floor and is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The view from the veranda is excellent. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with marble sink. On the third floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and integrated shower. There is also a room on the ground floor with a double bed and  a private bath. White Marble Villa can accommodate up to 7 guests.

MARBLE VILLA  ESTATE

The Marble Villas is a 4 acres domain situated on the gentle slopes of Agios Fokas overlooking the bay. The property is inspired by the traditional Cycladic aesthetics and the widely celebrated marble-crafting tradition of Tinos. Composed of 4 independent marble-built villas and surrounded by coniferous gardens and ranges of olive trees, the idyllic setting is appreciated by demanding aesthetes. The villas are linked by wide marble-built arches and alleys. Each villa also has its private porch or veranda. At the center guests can enjoy the wide common pool while  relaxing at the sun beds and gazing at the panoramic views of the bay. Guests can also mingle at the lounge and the bar, by the pool  . The location ensures panoramic views throughout the domain of the bay, Vriokastro and the surrounding islands. The properties’ wide spaces are filled with marble crafts and statues alluding to the legacy of the great Tinian marble sculptors Xalepas and Gizis. Lastly, the orthodox chapel dedicated to Agios Konstantinos with its meticulous hagiographies provides the spiritual background which so characterizes Tinos. The estate provides free parking for visitors cars.
